Farmlands Co-operative is taking their employees’ development and growth to the next level with a whole new learning experience to be rolled out this year, and it starts with Totara 17. We couldn’t be more thrilled to be partnering with them and support their vision to become reality as they roll out new functionality this year.
With a geographically dispersed team, it was crucial for Farmlands to enable mobile learning for their salespeople on the road. And with the Totara Mobile app, they’re now able to unlock the potential of mobile learning within the business.
Farmlands also wanted a seamless learning experience that was integrated with Microsoft Teams to make learning more effective and accessible. No more jumping between systems and platforms to access learning materials!
And finally, the new LMS supports Farmlands with developing a multi-layered competency framework that can be customised and configured by role, region, and work type. Learning plans can now be assigned to individuals, regardless of their role or area of the business they work in.
Farmlands knew exactly what they wanted to achieve with their learning programs, and how they see their learning platforms evolving to meet their needs of the future.
